JD Service Now was founded in 2005 by owner John Dietz, who began working in the plumbing industry at just 18 years old. As his experience grew, so did his knowledge of the trades, expanding into remodeling, HVAC, and a wide range of home service work. From the beginning, the company was built around three core values that still guide everything we do today: Be Better Than Yesterday, Stand for Something, and Take Great Care.
In 2009, John and the JD Service Now team made the decision to focus on what they do best: delivering expert plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services for homeowners and business owners throughout their community. That focus helped shape the company into the trusted home service team it is today.
Over the years, JD Service Now has continued to grow, but the heart of the company has stayed the same.
